We do not sell your information. We share it only with parties necessary to advance your matter, for example, the other party's lawyer, the Deeds Registry, banks for bond registration, or courts where proceedings are filed.
We retain client files for the period required by Zimbabwean law and our professional regulator, typically a minimum of seven years from the conclusion of the matter.
